Falling for Apples With L'Extra Grand Camembert
Ingredients

4 slices L’Extra Grand Camembert cheese
30 ml (2 tbsp.) butter
1/2 apple, sliced
15 ml (1 tbsp.) maple syrup
5 ml (1 tsp.) maple sugar
5 ml (1 tsp.) walnuts, chopped
45 ml (3 tbsp.)
L’Extra Grand Camembert and maple syrup sauce, home-made

Bread chosen: Waffles

Preparation

In a frying pan, melt the butter and caramelize the apple slices with the maple syrup. Set aside.

Toast two waffles in the toaster. Place slices of Camembert on one of the waffles. Top with the apple filling. Then, sprinkle the maple sugar and walnuts on top, and drizzle with the cheese and maple syrup sauce. Cover with the second waffle.


Topping
L’Extra Grand Camembert and maple syrup sauce
60 ml (1/4 cup) 35% cream
60 ml (1/4 cup) L’Extra Grand Camembert cheese, diced
30 ml (2 tbsp.) maple syrup

In a saucepan, heat the cream and melt the cheese in it. Add the maple syrup. Set aside
