Tip and advice

How to store your cheeses
The best way to store your cheeses is to first wrap them in wax paper, then in a sheet of aluminum foil, and keep them cool between 2˚C and 4˚C.

Ask your cheesemonger about how long you can store the cheeses you buy. Every cheese is different and expert advice can ensure you enjoy each one at its very best!
