Heavenly Pear With Ciel de Charlevoix
Ingredients
2 tbsp. (30 ml) Le Ciel de Charlevoix cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp. (15 ml) butter
1 pear, sliced
1 tbsp. (15 ml) pear jam
1 tsp. (5 ml) fresh thyme, chopped
Bread chosen: Brioche roll
Preparation
Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the pear slices until golden. Add the pear jam and thyme.
Slice the roll open. Fill with the pear filling and add the cheese. Cover with the other roll half.
