Ingredients
4 slices
Fromage Suisse Lemaire
30 ml (2 tbsp.) old-style honey and thyme mustard, home-made
4 ham slices
2 slices of red tomato
A couple of spinach leaves
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Bread chosen: Russian bread or pumpernickel
Preparation
Spread two slices of bread with mustard. Top one slice with the ham, tomato, cheese and spinach leaves. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with the second bread slice.
Topping
Old-style honey and thyme mustard
45 ml (3 tbsp.) old-style mustard
5 ml (1 tsp.) honey
5 ml (1 tsp.) fresh thyme, chopped
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Set aside.
