Grilled Mamirolle Sandwich
Ingredients
Sauce
1/2 cup (125 ml) cranberry sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
Juice and zest of 1 orange

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate.


Sandwich
8 slices of nut bread or other to taste
8 slices of Le Mamirolle 
4 slices roasted turkey
4 slices white ham
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
2 tbsp. (30 ml) butter


Preparation
Spread half the butter on the bread slices. Place in layers: Le Mamirolle slice, turkey slice, another Le Mamirolle slice and a ham slice. Close the sandwich. In a large bowl, mix eggs and milk. Soak the sandwiches in the egg mixture. In a pan, melt butter and grill the sandwiches until they are golden on each side. Serve with cranberry and orange sauce.
